For digital files, you will receive your JPEG & PDF file in your email in 24-48 hours.
No physical product will be printed nor delivered to you.
This is perfect for those who are in a rush.

3. What will you do with my photos after my order?
We only use your photos for your order ONLY.
Once the order is done, we DELETE THEM COMPLETELY.

4. Do you accept custom design requests?

    We LOVE this product. I purchased it as an anniversary gift for my husband. It came carefully packaged, but still had some minor damage around the edges on the top. I’m positive it will correct itself over time. I will say, I regret not having it framed. The creator is so kind, quick to respond, and is efficient at getting your order done in a timely manner. I’d definitely buy from her again!
