1. Where can I send my photos and other personalization details?
You may add your personalization details in the product page and send your photos to our email hello.lovemementos@gmail.com or hello@lovemementos.com
2. What will I receive?
It depends on the product you choose. Please read the product description carefully.
- Digital Printable File
– You will receive high-resolution JPEG & PDF Files for you to print at home or bring to your local print shop.
– No physical product will be printed nor shipped.
– If you want to have it printed and delivered, please add PRINT UPGRADE to purchase.
3. What will you do with my photos after my purchase?
We delete your photos & personal information right after your order. We only use them for this purpose only. We value your privacy.
