At LoveMementos, every item is made with care and personalized specifically for you. Because our products are custom-made, our refund policy differs from that of standard retail products.

Personalized Products

Most LoveMementos products are custom-made using your photos, names, dates, messages, or other personalization details.

Due to the personalized nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong product, size, or option
  • Incorrect spelling, names, dates, or personalization provided by the customer
  • Low-resolution or poor-quality photos supplied by the customer
  • Minor color variations caused by different monitor or printer settings

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download purchases are final and cannot be refunded once files have been delivered or made available for download.

If you experience any issues downloading your files, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Design Proof Approval

Many of our personalized products include a design proof before final production.

  • Please review your proof carefully.
  • Check all names, dates, spelling, and photos.
  • Production begins once your approval is received.

Once a proof has been approved and production has started, additional changes may not be possible or may require an additional design fee.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

After reviewing your claim, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement product
  • A corrected item
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund, where appropriate

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost during shipping, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

LoveMementos is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before design work or production has begun.

Once personalization or production has started, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
