In this guide, we’ll walk you through the easiest and most popular ways to send your images for your order.

🖼️ Option 1: Upload Directly on the Product Page

When you order from our website, you’ll see a photo upload option right on the product page.

How it works:

  • Scroll down to the “Photos” section.
  • Click “Choose File” or drag your images into the box.
  • Upload multiple files if needed.

✅ Best for 1-15 photos.

🌐 Option 2: Send via Google Drive

Google Drive is perfect for sharing multiple or high-resolution photos.

Steps (Desktop):

  1. Go to drive.google.com and upload your photos or create a folder.
  2. Right-click the folder > “Get link.”
  3. Set access to “Anyone with the link” → Viewer
  4. Click “Copy link”
  5. Paste the link into your Order Notes or email it to us at hello.lovemementos@gmail.com

Steps (Mobile):

  1. Open the Google Drive app on your phone.
    Tap the “+” button and select “Folder”.
    Name the folder (e.g., “Anniversary Photos”)
  2. Open the new folder, tap the “+” again, and select “Upload” → “Photos”
    Select all the photos you want to send.
  3. After the photos finish uploading, tap the three dots (⋮) next to the folder name.
  4. Tap “Manage Access” or “Share”, then tap “Change” under “Restricted”.
  5. Select “Anyone with the link”, and make sure it says “Viewer” access
  6. Tap “Copy link” and paste it into the Order Notes at checkout or email it to:
