For canvas, it takes 3-5 days to process your order.
We will update you with a tracking number once it's ready for delivery.

For digital files, you will receive your JPEG & PDF file in your email in 24-48 hours.
No physical product will be printed nor delivered to you.
This is perfect for those who are in a rush.

3. What will you do with my photos after my order?
We only use your photos for your order ONLY.
Once the order is done, we DELETE THEM COMPLETELY.

4. Do you accept custom design requests?
Feel free to send us your design requests, we will try to do our best.

    The finished product turned out pretty well and was produced quickly but there was no message for approval or proof before the final was delivered and the order was closed out. I would have asked for the names to not be cut off at the bottom and for one particular photo to be zoomed in so it wasn’t mostly background. My husband didn’t seem to notice of course, but those two things are all I can see when I walk by it hanging on the wall (got it printed on canvas in my end).

    The seller sent me a proof but had my name misspelled. I responded to the message and let her know; she finally responded but AFTER it had shipped. Luckily, my name was fixed…BUT after receiving my poster I noticed many typos in the lyrics. 🙄
