We take great pride in creating custom gifts made with love and care. Because most of our products are personalized or digital, our refund and return policies are outlined clearly below.

1. Personalized Items – No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products (e.g., photo collages, lyric art, name prints), all personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable once the order is confirmed and in production.

We strongly encourage customers to double-check all personalization details before placing the order, including:

  • Spelling of names, dates, lyrics, and custom text
  • Correct photo uploads and orientation
  • Chosen color and size options

2. Digital Downloads – Non-Refundable

All instant download and custom digital files are final sale.
Once the file has been delivered (or downloaded), it cannot be returned or refunded.

Instant Downloads are available right after purchase (no waiting!).

Custom Digital Files are sent within 1–3 business days via email or your account.

No shipping required — just print at home or through your favorite print service.

However, if you have trouble accessing your file or need resizing, we’re happy to help — just message us at hello@lovemementos.com.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will gladly offer a replacement or corrected version, depending on the product type.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • A photo of the item and packaging
  • Your order number
  • A short explanation of the issue

We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and ensure you’re satisfied.

4. Cancellations and Edits

For custom orders, you may request a cancellation or edit within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, work may have already started and cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

5. Print Upgrade or Delivery Issues

If you purchased a print upgrade (physical delivery), please allow the stated turnaround + shipping time.

Processing time: 3–5 business days before shipping.

Shipping time varies by location, typically:

  • USA: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Tracking info will be provided once shipped.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided
  • Weather or courier issues
  • Customs processing (for international orders)

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local courier or neighbors first.
