❤️Personalization
Absolutely! You can add names, dates, lyrics, or photos depending on the product. Personalization options are listed on each product page.
On the product page, you can enter your text and upload photos before adding to cart.
You can also email them to hello.lovemementos@gmail.com or hello@lovemementos
You can save it in a Google folder, Dropbox, Wetransfer, etc and send me a link to view and download. (suggested)

We will delete your photos & other details a week after your purchase ( in case you want some edits).
We only use them for you order’s purpose only.
We value & respect your privacy.
Yes, we can edit your design ( max. 5 edits).
For phyiscal orders, once you approved the design for printing, we can no longer edit them.

Once we receive your photos and details, we will send your design in 24-48 hours ( Monday – Friday)
We process orders on a first come first serve basis. If you want us to prioritize your order, please add RUSH ORDER to your purchase.
You will receive an email with your printables right after purchase.
Just check the email you used to purchase your design.
Yes, please add PRINT UPGRADE to purchase.

If you purchased a print upgrade or any physical item , please allow the stated turnaround + shipping time.
Proof for Approval: 24-48 hours ( Monday- Friday)
Processing time: 3–5 business days before shipping.
Shipping time varies by location, typically:
- USA: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Tracking info will be provided once shipped.
Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method.
❤️Returns & Refund
Due to the custom nature of our products (e.g., photo collages, lyric art, name prints), all personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable once the order is confirmed and in production.
We only do edits if you are not satisfied with the product purchased.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will gladly offer a replacement or corrected version, depending on the product type.
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- A photo of the item and packaging
- Your order number
- A short explanation of the issue
We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and ensure you’re satisfied.
