Order Processing

Processing time varies depending on the product and the level of personalization required.

  • Estimated processing times are displayed on each product page.
  • Production begins after your order is received and, when applicable, after your design proof has been approved.
  • During holidays and peak seasons, processing times may be longer than usual.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Delivery instructions or download links will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once your order is complete.

Physical Products

Physical products are shipped after production has been completed.

Shipping times vary depending on your destination, selected shipping method, and carrier.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is available for your order, tracking information will also be included.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ship every order on time, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing
  • Severe weather
  • Peak holiday shipping periods
  • Other events beyond our control

LoveMementos is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

LoveMementos is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged package and product. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
